Welcome to Spotted, a mobile application developed to help users identify when their friends are around a selected location, such as a gym. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

By using Spotted, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spotted.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not use the app for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.

4. Location Permissions

Spotted requires access to your device's location services:

• To check your proximity to a selected location.
• You must explicitly grant GPS permission for the app to function.

• Real-time location data
